About Natasha

As an author, international speaker, and culture strategist, Natasha brings decades of real-world leadership experience to schools and organizations worldwide. Driven by a human-centered approach, she partners with communities to design psychologically safe, restorative, and sustainable cultures. Whether keynote speaking, consulting, or implementing systemic restorative frameworks, Natasha inspires community members to build relational, high-performing, and healthy organizations.

Restorative is not what we DO to people, it’s how we BUILD with them.

Professional Background

Two decades in the classroom, the boardroom, and everywhere in between.

Across more than twenty years in leading culture transformation, Natasha has worked directly inside classrooms, leadership teams, central offices, C-Suites, and beyond moving through diverse settings.

Her consulting practice sits at the intersection of restorative justice, DEIB, behavioral change and multi-tiered systems of support, which means recommendations are never one dimensional. Recommendations are examined for its restorative framework, equity implications, and behavioral analysis before any strategy is proposed.

DEIB Credentials

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, practiced daily.

Natasha helps school and organizational leaders build psychologically safe, equity-driven environments where every person has a genuine path to belonging.

01

Equity-Driven Systems Review

Discipline, referral, and qualitative and quantitative data are audited through a DEIB lens so issues are caught early, not discovered after it becomes a pattern.

02

Psychologically Safe Environments

Organizational practices are measured against one standard: whether people of all background feel safe enough to show up fully.

03

Belonging By Design

DEIB is treated as an operating system for the organization woven into hiring, discipline, instruction, policies, systems, and practices, not an annual training day.

Restorative Justice Credentials

Repair, accountability, and restorative practice.

Restorative justice sits at the core of Natasha's work: replacing retributive practices with practices that repair harm and rebuild trust.

01

Restorative Circles & Practice

Community members learn to facilitate circles that build relationships, repair harm and rebuild trust.

02

Accountability Before Compliance

Community members model relational practices, repair and accountability with one another.

03

MTSS-Aligned Implementation

Restorative practice is built into existing MTSS tiers so it becomes standard operating practice, not an add-on program.
